Five Plus Size Valentine’s Day Outfits
Valentine’s is right around the corner. Whether you’re going fancy, keeping it casual, or just doing something with the girls, I have some outfit ideas for your special V-day events.
Outfit 1:
This outfit is perfect for a simple night out with your special Valentine or with your girls. This red dress keeps with the holiday, but also gives you casual sexiness. I paired it with a leather jacket and heeled combat boots to add a little texture and keep with the casual vibe.
Outfit 2:
This outfit is a little more dressy, but still reads casual. I paired these lace shorts with this white bow collar shirt. I went with a longed sleeved shirt given that I’m showing so much leg. I like to only show one major part at a time. I finished the outfit off with a belt to define my waist and some platform heels. You could go with a wedge or maybe a strappy heel to complete this outfit.
Outfit 3:
If you want to get sexy without having to show too much, then a lacy bodysuit is the way to go. I love that this bodysuit has a see-through panel near the stomach and gives you ample cleavage. It’s like wearing a crop top without wearing a crop top. You can show some skin but not all the skin. From there, I paired it with a leather jacket, but you could leave the jacket off and show a little more skin (it’s sleeveless). I went with a wide legged black pant to keep with my one asset at a time rule. The pants give the top more room to shine. Finishing the outfit, I went with a black belt and some animal print pumps. I picked the pumps for contrast, but you could easily go with plain black pumps or boots.
Outfit 4:
What is Valentine’s day without a formal dress? This is my favorite dress that I’ve not gotten to wear anywhere. Here’s hoping this Valentine’s Day it gets to leave the house. This dress is from BooHoo and comes in so many colors. I can wear the sleeves on the shoulder like in the picture, but you could wear them off the shoulder for a more dramatic look. I finished them with my latest thrifting score, a nude pair of Sam Edelman heels. This dress is so comfortable and has great stretch. It doesn’t matter what color, this is a magnificent dress for Valentines.
