Plus Size Summer Outfit Ideas
Summer will be here before you know. That’s why I’ve created my go-to plus size outfits that are perfect for those days when you don’t know what to wear. Spend more time having fun in the sun while looking cute.
OUtfit 1
When I think of summer outfits, I always think of boho style. Boho inspired outfits are my favorite outfits during the summer. So, I wanted to throw in some boho vibes while keeping it simple and casual. I started with these paper bag denim shorts. These are my favorite and work so well with lots of my summer outfits. From there, I paired it with this high neck tank top. I like how the shirt is fitted and almost gives a bodysuit type look when tucked in.
To add that boho feel to this outfit, I went with this tan linen duster. This duster gives lovely boho vibes and is a cute addition to this basic outfit formula. Finishing the look, I went with these natural toned espadrille sandals, adding a little more boho flair to the look. This outfit is such an adorable look. The boho pieces really give this outfit a whimsical feel. This look is perfect for your day-to-day summer fun.

Dresses are a perfect piece for the summer and this ribbed body con dress is one of my personal favorites. I love to keep it casual with this outfit, so I paired it with a short-sleeved cotton button down. I’ve had this shirt for a while. It’s one of my favorite coverup type top for the summer. Finishing the look, I went with a pair of low-profile converse to keep with the overall casual feel.
This is my running errands but still want to look cute outfit. These simple dresses are great pieces to have in your closet. They make great layering pieces like I have on here, or work well on there on. This is a wonderful look for when you want something stylish but easygoing.

Linen shorts are a must for me during the summer. I love that linen shorts are comfortable and breathable, which makes them perfect for hot weather outfit creation. I started this outfit with this pair of linen shorts. I got these shorts from Target last year and they’ve been a go-to piece when I need a casual but chic short outfit.
From there, I went with this satin cami. A satin cami adds a little softness to the outfit and helps dress up the look. Finishing things off with a pair of strappy heeled sandals, you have a dressed up outfit that keeps you cool and also makes you look stylish.

This lightweight denim shirt is a simple clothing piece that works so well within my wardrobe. During the summer, I love to pair this shirt with dresses, skirts, and shorts like these black linen shorts. This outfit is a great everyday look that can be casual with a pair of sneakers, or you can dress it up like I am here with a pair of espadrille sandals. This is a fun and minimal way to create a shorts outfit.

This outfit is a combination of classic pieces to create a sweet and minimal look. I started with this blue and white striped skirt. I thrifted this skirt. When I saw it, I felt it gave very sailor/seaside vibes—very classic and preppy. From there, I paired it with a white button down to keep with the minimal and preppy look. White cotton button downs are great for summer. They make wonderful tops for classic outfits. They also work well as cover-ups over bathing suits. To finish the look, I went with a pair of white sneakers to keep it casual. This outfit looks so pulled together and really gives that upscale summer vibes.
