Pops of color: Keeping it Mellow with Yellow

The Pantone colors of the year are Illuminating Yellow and Ultimate Gray. I love the choices! Gray and black are colors I wear quite a bit. Yellow is one of few bright colors that warms my neutral loving heart. Given that it’s spring, yellow is the perfect color to experiment with. In this blog, I’ll show you different ways to rock the color of the year.

Sunny Day 

The first outfit is soft and feminine. I paired this yellow dress with tan espadrille sandals for a flirty spring ensemble. 

 Casual and Bright 

This is my FAVORITE sweater. I love to keep it simple and wear this over a basic white t-shirt, jeans and finish with sneakers.

Dots and Marigold 

I thrifted this wrap dress and instantly fell in love. The color on this dress so rich that I knew I had to have it.  

 Golden Vibes 

The last outfit is a laid back ensemble with a little pop of color. This golden yellow cami gives it a soft sexiness against the black jeans. I finished it off with a heel bootie.
