Moody Florals: Using Florals and Leather for a Plus Size Spring Outfit
For this look, I wanted to do a moody take on spring florals.
I started with this black sheer dress with pink florals. I love to wear what I call moody florals in the springtime. Spring is filled with lots of pastels. However, head to toe pastels are a little too much for me. So, pairing florals with darker tones helps me deliver spring vibes in an interesting way.
To add a little edge to this very feminine outfit, I went with this leather jacket. I love it brings a little dimension to a soft outfit. To finish this look, I chose some platform heels. I love the height that these shoes give me with this long dress.
This outfit is my favorite. I love the mix of soft and feminine I get with the dress, but just the touch of roughness with the leather jacket. It’s certainly going on my outfit repeat list. This one adds so much spring style in such a unique way.
